For creative agencies

Create faster, true to every client's brand.

CreaBrikks prepares the first draft of your deliverables, their variants and the edits the client asks for. The AI starts from the brief and from everything your agency knows about the client. Your creatives take over, adjust and publish.

Nothing reaches your clients without a human from your team.

The problem

The time your creatives don't spend creating

A creative who opens a brief often starts from scratch. Next they turn the validated logo into a banner, an avatar, a story. Then the client asks them to change a date.

The blank page

Every brief starts from scratch

Yet the client has brand guidelines, typefaces and tastes your team knows. Your creative digs them up before drawing the first line.

The variants

One logo, then ten formats

Banner, avatar, story, square, print. Your creative redoes the same layout, format after format.

The edits

“It's the 14th, not the 15th.”

Open the file, fix the date, export, send. Then do it again for the logo that's too small.

What the AI prepares

Your creatives start from a draft

The AI prepares, your team decides what to keep. Every draft carries the ochre mark until a human has reviewed it.

The first draft

A first draft from the brief

A team member starts the generation. The AI reads the brief, the client's logo, brand guidelines and typefaces, then prepares the poster, deck or visual requested. Your creative downloads the source file and takes it over in their own tool.

“Wine Fair” poster Brief

First draft in progress

The AI is reading the poster brief, the Sectorama logo, the 2025 brand book and the wine list typeface.

The client sees nothing until someone on your team publishes.

The variants

Variants, from the validated version

The client validated the logo. The AI prepares its LinkedIn banner, avatar and story format, each at its own size. A variant waits for its main deliverable to be validated: nobody adapts a logo that is still going to change.

The edits

Simple edits, applied to the file

The client asks to fix a date and enlarge the logo. The AI offers to handle both, even on a PNG. Your creative keeps the typeface change, reviews the result and publishes the next version.

The check

A check before every send

Before publishing, the AI compares the version with the client's brief and brand guidelines: colors, typeface, dates, typos. Your creative reads the report and fixes what needs fixing.

Library

A first draft that already looks like your client

Each client's library holds their logo, brand guidelines, typefaces and validated deliverables. Your team notes their tastes in memories. The AI uses both in every generation. On the next brief, your creative doesn't ask for the brand book again.

The AI also reads the client's comments and draws memories from them. Each memory keeps its source, and your team corrects or removes it. Your agency has its own library: your style rules, what you never do. The AI applies them to every draft.

Control

The AI proposes, your team guarantees

Every draft goes through an internal review. The client only sees what you publish.

You start it

Every generation starts with a click from your team, deliverable by deliverable. Without that click, your creative uploads their own file and the cycle stays the same.

You review

The review screen shows what the draft fixes. Your creative confirms what works and reworks the rest in their own tool.

You publish

To the client, each version carries the name of the creative who published it. That person guarantees it.

  • AI first draft Ochre marks what the AI touched and nobody has reviewed.
  • Validated Green marks what a human has validated.

The client

The client follows the project in your portal

They submit their brief, annotate published versions from a computer or phone, and validate the final version under their own name.

When a comment is vague, the AI asks them to clarify before sending. Their comments reach you sorted, ready to become edits.

Your data

Your content stays yours

No training on your files

We train no AI model on your content or on your clients' content. We only work with an AI provider that commits to the same by contract.

Hosted in Europe

The application and its database run in Ireland. Your files are stored in Sweden.

Your brand ahead of ours

Your clients work in a portal under your name, with your logo and colors. CreaBrikks appears only in small print at the bottom.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI replace our creatives?

No. The AI prepares drafts. Your creatives take them over, decide what goes out and publish under their own name.

Do our creatives have to change tools?

No. They download a draft's source file, rework it in Illustrator, Figma or Photoshop, then upload their version.

Does the client see the AI's drafts?

No. A draft stays inside the agency until someone on your team has reviewed and published it.

Do our clients need an account?

Yes. You invite them by email, and they sign in with a password, their Google account or their Microsoft account. That way you know who validated which version.

What happens to our data if we stop?

You have 30 days to request an export of your content. We then delete the workspace and its copies within the following 30 days.
